They show a nice hot tub and pool There is no hot tub it’s under construction the pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned dirty bandaid in it . The pool is not heated . If I had known this I would of booked another hotel that had what I wanted Breakfast was ok room was clean

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely dirty, the bed linens had stains, and there were not enough towels for four guests as indicated in our reservation. Breakfast was very limited and often ran out. We constantly had to wait for basic items like omelets, which delayed our mornings. This was not the level of cleanliness or service we expected.

The lady at the front desk was less than patient and kind. She seemed to hate her job. Also the hot tub and pool closing at 9 on a Friday night was less than ideal. However, that’s whatever. Would’ve been cool to have nice staff. The pull out couch bed was nasty but it usually is in most hotels. I assume housekeeping doesn’t pull those out and check them. It wasn’t the worst hotel and wasn’t uncomfortable so I wanted to give it a few stars for that.

Dated room, we kept getting locked out and had to keep going back to front desk x3. Room was comfortable as far as beds and air conditioning . Breakfast was average, coffee not great, weak. Pool water too cold to swim in, hot tub was wonderful.

The bathroom fixtures had holes between the fixture and walls. There were holes in the sink. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. Curtains were stained. Unfortunately, it was worth over $300 a night. Look elsewhere. :(

The front desk was unattended when I arrived. After waiting for 10 minutes, the front desk associate had the demeanor that she was doing me a favor. In the room, the furniture was run down, scuffed, stained, and outdated. I wish I could compliment the cleanliness, but there were long hairs in the bed and on the bathroom towels. I would have washed my hands after that discovery, but there was no soap of any kind provided in the bathroom. When I informed the morning front desk associate of the circumstances, she vaguely apologized but didn't seem concerned. The entire place had an air of "who cares?". Also, the bed sheets were 100% polyester. I could watch in the dark as the static electricity glowed blue when I moved my legs under the covers. I shocked myself several times. The entire experience felt grimy and cheap.

The room was clean but the heating and air were not consistent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We have a service dog and had no problems with that. The breakfast was probably one of the best features as it runs until 9:30 and...THE COFFEE WAS REALLY GOOD!!!!! The breakfast hotess, Molly, is truly a pleasure. She's a gem, hold on to her.
