We had individual with wheelchair and I was surprised how non wheelchair friendly this hotel was. Doors were extremely heavy and no exit had handicap push buttons so if you went out any door besides the fro t it was very difficult. Eating g places were also not easily maneuverable with wheelchair. Reserved two rooms and requested connection g or at least side by side and did not get even though we saw or heard no one in the adjoining rooms. Bright white Flashing of smoke alarm in ceiling also very distracting trying to get to sleep. Conserving toilet paper at end so didn’t Run out.

Got a bit lost going to the hotel building once we were in the property but a kind staff in a golf cart escorted us to the hotel entrance . Awesome staff !!

Great venue, cannot obviously be better situated. Rooms are worth the price. Quality, space. Reception staff was very nice. Yellow Poney pub is quite small for the size of the hotel but has fun options for snacks and drinks. Stirrups restaurant (main dining option) had good breakfast. Very nice staff. Dinner however wasn’t to the level of the price - all items were very very salty.
