Overall, the staff was excellent to deal with. I hit a little speed bump before I got there and Daniel, the front desk manager, took care of the entire situation. I honestly cant thank him enough. I was trying to get flowers delivered to the room and initially the desk receptionist told me they don't do that. I couldn't believe it because I've have flowers delivered to other hotels. He called me 2 hours after I sent the review in. I didn't answer, so he emailed me and apologized and said he would make sure it happened!!! I WAS FLOORED AT HIS RAPID RESPONSE AND HIS ANSWER!!!! ALL I CAN SAY IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THANK YOU DANIEL!!!! My wife was extremely surprised!!! Our room was perfect!!! CLEAN AND SPACIOUS!!!
