They tried to put me in a dirty room 3 times then said they were full. The rooms had no sheets on the bed, garbage on the floor, etc. the elevator was not working either

Room was in poor condition. Some lights didn't work. Poor repair jobs on walls bathroom tub, and tiles. Weird odor in room. Was not anywhere near a $200 a night room.

An ok place to stay

1st night was noisy from above, they had a dog that you could hear walking around following it’s owners as they walked around and dropped things on the floor they have new wooden floors, so you hear all the walking around. Price was worth it. Towels don’t dry to well. So buy some extras and bring them with you , especially if you plan on going swimming in the pool. A Walmart Super Center is close by. 2nd night was quiet, 3rd night noisy again. Staff was all friendly.

Freezing in Orlando

The Heater wasn't working. Finally replaced it 3 times to get it working. Literally froze my buns off! Phone didnt work for 3 days . Bed was very comfortable. Thank you
