Beautiful remodeled historical home in safe neighborhood downtown.

Enjoy your stay in this beautifully remodeled upstairs condo. This 1927 home is in the heart of Lincoln Terrace historical district! This is a wonderful neighborhood with sidewalks throughout and beautiful tree canopy, and is very common to see people out walking their dog or taking in the timeless unique architecture of each home in this 90+ year old neighborhood.
The home has more than 50 windows in the total house and is very bright with all new amenities in this condo that has smart TV's, wireless printer free to use, USB ports everywhere to charge and private off-street paved parking in back that is very well lit with 2 parking spots. New LG stacked washer /dryer. Fully loaded kitchen, with built in oven / microwave and gas grill cooktop and very large fridge plus pantry and dishwasher! Comfortably seat 6 in at the oversized quartz island and entertain as guests watch the gas cooktop cooking happen real time. Butcherblock countertops for plenty of space to prep. Walk in closets and built in storage in the built in kitchen seating as well above laundry. King size bed and connected 1/2 bath in one of the rooms and blackout curtains as well small desk and queen size bed in second bedroom. There's a wonderful balcony to take in the warm nights with seating and lighting, luck would have it on a regular basis a wonderful breeze crosses the balcony adding to a great glass of wine (glasses provided, you're on your own for the hooch!). The property exterior is very well lit all the way around for ease of mind and is fenced on 3 sides.
Within walking distance to OU medical. Centrally located near many attractions such as the Paycom center, fairgrounds and state capitol.

We had such a great stay at this lovely property! It’s even better than the photos, with thoughtfullittle touches. Also, comfortable beds!It’s in close proximity to wonderful restaurants and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a dog walk. We enjoyed morning and evening walks where many neighbors had decorated with lights for a festive holiday touch. We’ll look forward to staying here again!

This was a great location for us on a quiet street, with outside lighting that made us feel safe. Jeremiah was very responsive in a timely manner and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. If ever in OKC again and doing things close to downtown, we'd stay here again.

Wonderful, clean, comfortable, airy, well lit and safe property. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony for birdwatching and sipping our morning coffee. We highly recommend Jeremiah's home. The location is close to a plethora of OKC attractions and parks. You won't be disappointed here.

Wonderful visit!
