There is no power and hasnt been for the last 5 hours. Its hot in our room and everyone is in the lobby cause rooms are so hot. Terrible experience refund is expected

My stay was good. Front desk staff and the breakfast staff are awesome. One of the cleaning staff was not pleasant. Breakfast was typical and their coffee is great.
