First room we got, the door wouldn't shut all the way to be able to lock. Moved to another room, bathroom sink, the faucet was loose and completely swiveled, one of the lights were out in the bathroom, the tissue box was completely empy and just sitting there. The remote to the TV would not work, even when the batteries were changed. No blow dryer in the room, and curtains were torn. Thin sheet and thin blanket on the bed, had to ask for another blanket. Pillows were small, had to ask for another and got it without a pillowcase. It was just not a good experience at all.

Next to several truck stops. Hotel tags Bricktown in their name, but it’s over a mile from the area in a less desirable part of town.

I love staying at Comfort Inns usually, but this time I wasn’t happy. When walking into the building there a lot of homeless camps around the hotel, fine, cool whatever. But I think the hotel staff should clean up the outside of their parking lot. When I walked in there was a dirty, almost bloody tooth pick tool on the seating. The girl at the desk seemed almost annoyed that I was there. She was rude about the deposit and what cards they do not take and when telling me the restrictions. Later on while going to the pool, I told my spouse to go ask for towels because I forgot the ones in the room. She gave him attitude saying there are towels in the pool area, there were not. The pool was green and there had been hair balls all around the pool and inside. Seemed disorganized and unclean inside. The room itself was decent? The bathroom has two lights by the mirror and one was missing a cover and the other was broken glass. Walls are super thin and heard people arguing at 3am next to us, not really the hotels fault, but yeah. I’d recommend not staying here.

STAY AWAY HORRIBLE

The hotel staff was very rude. The manager lied and said he would be there until 1 or 2 am and was not. The first room that we were sleeping in had roaches, bugs and stains all over the mattress with a foul cigarette smoke. The pool was over crowded and no parental supervisor and so hot you could not breath in the room. Once I complained about the bugs and more we were treated like it was our fault and we were trash. A young lady showed me two rooms that were also dirty and I told her and showed her stains and more. The final room I ended up in was ok however had not been cleaned due to the vape that was inside the couch. The woman and manager at front desk told me I would get a full refund and we would stay in our room for the remainder of our stay. Fine as my daughter had a competition and we needed to get rest and her ready. Then we wake up to a note under our door saying we need to be out by 11am. I go down stairs and try to speak to the staff and asked when would he be in and they said whenever he feels like. The young man at the desk was so rude and condicending to my mother and I and would not listen. Then showed me pictures of another instance not our instance. The lady said “we had a lot of complaints last night.” I said you don’t even have the right pictures and your kicking us out of a hotel that had bugs and more! Are you kidding me! Trust me this was not a place that I wanted to stay but they had my money. I “should” get money in 2 days. We shall see. STAY AWAY!
