Well they refused to communicate with their customers I made a mistake booking and they just gave me the runaround and never actually halped me resolve my issue so I ended up paying for a night I didn’t even stay I won’t stay here again lazy incompetent management

Clean room. Staff was so nice, especially the man at the front desk! My only complaint was the pool heater was broken and our shower didn’t get very hot. It was just kind of like warm.

This property was amazing. Everytime we walked through the doors we were greeted or told have a good day. The property was clean and comfortable. My main complaint was that the pool heater was broken and several young boys in the pool area unattended making guests uncomfortable so that we all left the pool area. But, the property and breakfast was good. The young lady that checked me in signed me up for rewards, I have never had a front desk person ask me to sign up for rewards meaning until now, I have been missing out. I appreciated the details.
