The staff is great, the food at the restaurants is good and parking is easy. This is a great place for families and children. This was my 3rd visit. I have found that the Spa has great massage therapists but I was disappointed with my facial because they did not use steam to open my pores and my daughter’s facial was the same — nothing more than a face cleansing routine. I was also disappointed that the outdoor pools were not open even though the weather was warm and perfect for hanging at an outdoor pool. Overall a nice place for Oklahoma and I will visit again.

Our family has a great experience at the Okana Resort. We were able to enjoy the waterpark for 2 full days with our night stay. The staff were friendly and plenty of dining options if you didn't want to leave the resort. We are planning on coming back!

From early check-in to checkout, everything was seamless. The entire staff was so kind and willing to help in any way they could. I would like to thank Adam at the Dive Bar, service was fantastic and the gentleman in the clothing store, very kind.

They had blood on bed covers we reported it i took covers off the bed they put the same cover back on the bed and left a card to scan for a tip. Plus elevators messed up glitches I fell cause elevator never lined up turn went to get off fell straight on my back. Kids running around on elevators knocking on room doors people complaining about the elevators everything over priced. Not very good.

If you get a chance to stay here DO IT! We were all extremely pleased. This hotel was first class, we got a family lagoon room with the patio. It fit all 8 of us comfortably. 2 bathrooms was an awesome surprise. Valet was 15$ more than self parking. The outside Pool area was closed for the season, I can’t imagine how much fun that would have been. The indoor water park was excellent. So many wonderful places to eat drink and play. Chido had excellent margaritas and The smoke house had the best chicken wings I’ve ever had and I love chickens wings. Banana pudding was delish! First Americans Museum was next door, along with a gallery and amphitheater. My only regret is not staying an extra day! We all loved it.
