Staff was very polite helpful. The lady that checked us in also said goodbye ,so that was nice. She had great conversation very intelligent all smiles. The rest of the staff was helpful very polite we never open the doors to the pool. The entire facility very clean . Loved the art work culture as well as the diversity in the staff. Had a blast. Everything was very nice except for a mixup with one of our rooms. One room was only for one night and two rooms for two nights and we were locked out of the wrong room at the end of the first night. It was straightened out but took two trips to the front desk and about an hour to get it settled. Other than that we had a very good time and enjoyed the resort.

Room, staff, and amenities were great. Having items that cant be justified or explained is frustrating. I've called 10+ called and only was able to speak to a person once who promised to have the front desk manager call me back. Did not happen. No one called back. I don’t like when businesses charge me for extras I didn’t experience nor more than like providing services they are not paid for. This sucks and needs to be addressed.

This was the best. Was not over crowded. The price for everything was affordable. All the restaurants had great food. The swimming park was fun my kids played for hours and no complaints. Rooms were clean and mordern. 10/10 experience. Will be our new holiday tradition.
