Only problem was the checking out time. When I did check in, the lady at the front desk said 2pm check out and I wanted to extend it till 4-5pm but she said to call in the morning. Morning comes and a different lady said check out was at 11am and couldn’t extend my stay. Even thou checkin is always at 3pm. Why couldn’t they extend it till 2pm? I came from Chicago and this was Very poor customer service to be honest.

Nice place to stay near downtown or hospital.

The hot tub and pool are nice but shared by 3 hotels. The breakfast was great. The handicapped room we got had no bench in the shower and the bed was way to high for someone that can’t use their legs. The chair with stool was nice.

What I found unique was the off of shuttle to and from the ballpark. That was my purpose for being there. The shuttle service was so very convenient.
