This property had a terrible odor. The front door was locked and could only be accessed with a room key due to its poor location. The room was decent but not inviting and was not maintained or cleaned well.

The race an do wheelies on the parking lot late at night right across the street its very loud an annoying but other then that islts quiet an Very enjoyable!

This was a horrible experience. Drug activity all hours of the night. Doors slamming until 430 am no answer at front desk. A/c did not operate properly. Strange smells in building. Itchy dirty sheets were obviously not laundered, left rash on neck and face. We checked out early due to unsafe conditions. Awaiting refund. Expedia was not very helpful in getting us into new accommodations. How it rated a 7 star is beyond me. I wouldn't give it 1.

Stayed a night for a ballgame. Bathroom fan was very noisy and about to fall off. Let front desk know and nothing was done. Roaches were in both rooms we had. Left early the next morning so I’m not sure if they had breakfast

I had a service dog and the clerk told me to tie it up outside while i checked in and i had to pay a pet deposit for my service baby then i got to the room i bioke a king and i was givin a queen and it smelled like urine and there was. A roach .zo because i had a animal theybstuck me in a nasty room cause i was also dirty from work .worst place

Newly renovated hotel. My 2nd stay here this year. Full size fridge, microwave and kitchen sink. No oven or top stove. Bring your own paper plates and cutlery. Room isn't set up for cooking. Just reheating. Or frozen meals from the store. Quiet clean. Bed slept well. TV settings allow you to watch your favorite streaming account channels. Or local stations. $50 refundable deposit. They usually do a walk through before you leave. Elevator smelled of weed. And ongoing construction. Formerly crossroads Mall is being revitalized. It was a popular mall at one time. But became gang infested and shut down. Good to see the area getting a boost. Hotel is next to Texas Roadhouse and Residence Inn Marriott. Overall a good pleasant stay.
