The bed was uncomfortable there was not enough hygiene products for two people the ac did not work very well and the hallways smelt like a mix of cigarette smoke and pee
This place needs people who actually care abiut the guests 1st the room 129 was filthy i had to go buy my own cleaning supplies the tub had a ring around it even after i cleaned with bleach the bathroom still had a smell come to find out 2 days later there was something slimy and black was in the little drain hole asked to change rooms and the guy acted like he couldnt understand me but in perfect english said no so me and my family has no choice but to keep staying here (prepaid a week) from the housekeeping if thats what u wanna call them to the creepy nosey owner to the 3 or 4 fights we witnessed i wouldnt recommend staying here its way overpriced and frankly needs new housekeepers and owners/management dont go off pics those are edited or very old
The property was cheap, but you get what you pay for. The room had the aroma of bleach and dirty feet. The bed was terrible. The bedspread had holes in it, and the sheets had threadbare, bleach-burned spots. The shower was decent, but the bathroom was not very clean. The "super" breakfast was the choice between stale Frosted Flakes, a packaged honey bun, or packaged instant oatmeal (with only styrofoam bowls to make it in).
I stayed here for a week with small children. Staff were accommodating and helpful. I wish there was more offered for the breakfast, but grab and go worked for us too
This hotel was definitely one of those situations that you get what you pay for, and I was trying to stay for "cheaper". It definitely had an old musty hotel smell. The lady behind the possible bullet-proofing window, was just there to get her check and go home. No smiling or pleasantries. It was fine in the way that everyone just kept to themselves, even when it was later/dark. At some point someone clearly had punched a hole in the closet door of our hotel room and whoever "fixed" it just kind of painted over it. The fixes were your standard joke of a landlord just painting over it. We talked to the cashier at the truck stop next to the hotel and he did say the neighborhood use to be bad and a really bad hotel was torn down to make the truck stop and it had been relatively quiet since he started working there. Which leads me to believe that with the right help the hotel could be on the up. However, without serious changes, I don't think I would recommend or stay there again myself unless it was the only vacant hotel in OKC.
