Publié le 18 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayL'appartement etait vraiment beau, bien agencé et la communication avec la proprietaire est au top ! Il y a une vue magnifique à partir de la terrasse.
La piscine commune est juste à coté, c'est un plus ! Le petit village de pittulongu offre un calme non negligeable lorsqu'on souhaite du repos.
Les plages sont très jolies.
On a passé des magnifiques vacances ! Dans un lieu splendide.
Je recommande fortement cet appartement.

I am so pleased that again I have exceeded my guests expectations by always being available for any help or information. Also that my advert gives a true description of my holiday home and the area, so that when guests arrive they get what they expect. So can settle in quickly for a happy relaxing holiday.

Super vacances

Très proche de l aéroport et très facile d accès.
Très bien équipée et très propre.
Vue agréable
Un seul petit bémol : du bruit sur le parking très tôt et très tard mais vraiment rien de très gênant

We try to make the house a home from home, providing items that we as a family would want on our holidays. Maybe lost in translation, there is no 'parking lot' it is just 5 car spaces nearby, which have never been a problem before. The area is normally very quiet, so maybe during her holiday there were just some noisy people arriving or leaving.

I can not understand this review, but I am pleased that the guest gave me 4 stars as they obviously enjoyed their holiday and found my property as they expected.
This is the first and only time anyone has complained about air traffic noise. It's worth noting that the airport is south of Olbia and we are north along the coast, and not under any flight path. so I can only assume it may have been Canadair fire fighting planes which use the bay to pick up water for fire fighting.
Je ne comprends pas cette critique, mais je suis ravi que le client m'ait donné 4 étoiles car il a manifestement apprécié ses vacances et a trouvé ma propriété comme prévu.
C'est la première et la seule fois où quelqu'un se plaint du bruit du trafic aérien. Il convient de noter que l'aéroport est au sud d'Olbia et nous sommes au nord le long de la côte, et non sous aucune trajectoire de vol. Je ne peux donc que supposer que ce sont peut-être des avions de lutte contre l'incendie de Canadair qui utilisent la baie pour ramasser de l'eau pour lutter contre l'incendie.

Nice holidays in Ann Marie' s place
Publié le 1 sept. 2021 sur HomeAwayWe had a pleasant stay during our holidays,, the house is well located with small kids since there are several beaches around so baby nap is easy. Moreover thé garden is closed so safe. Supermarket and small shops around too.
Just missing a toaster, and a coffee machine.
Margareth has been very helpfulf to us.

Another great review, thank you. We do pride our selves in providing good facilities, and always listen to what our guests suggest. There is an Italian coffee maker, maybe this guest missed that. We do not provide a toaster though, as the oven grill can do the same job, and we do not want too many big gadgets taking up excess space. My housekeeper is amazing, and is always available and helpful, as are we.

Lovely stay in comfortable Sardinian apartment
Publié le 25 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWas very pleased to have found this apartment in Pittulongu and Ann Marie was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was in a quiet area and was big enough for our group of 2 adults and 2 teenage boys (2 bathrooms was a godsend!). The outside area was lovely for eating etc. The apartment was very well equipped with everything to help make our stay even better (extra cool bag, tupperware, beach umbrella etc), which was appreciated. Location was good for heading into Olbia in the evening and reaching lots of the beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda - a car is a must though. Very good bakery in Pittulongu had amazing donuts, pastries, brrads etc.

Family holiday stay

Terrace on the top of the apartment had a great view although no shade so only used in the evening. Being ultra picky the shower cubicles are a bit on the small side. You definitely need a car to make the best use of the local area. The neighbourhood was very busy (as it was mid-August) but quite a lot of local owners with their dogs who did make some noise at times, appreciate not much the owner can do about this. All in all we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our week in Pittulongu. Thanks to Ann Marie for her prompt and helpful responses to our questions.

So pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. So sorry about dogs disturbing you, it is not normally a problem, and I was not aware that any of our Italian neighbours had dogs. They must have got them since we saw them last year, or they may have been other holiday makers who did not follow the villagio rules! I will mention this to the Director of the villagio. Yes, you did choose the busiest time of the year as it was the run up to the main Bank Holiday there, so always busy with excited Italians.

Rummelig og hyggelig lejlighed og terrasse
Publié le 27 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayEn sommerferie med familien. 2 voksne og 2 voksne teenagere på 17 og 19 år. Ankom til en rengjort lejlighed, hvor alt er, hvad man skal bruge.
Utrolig hjælpsom vært, der svarer meget hurtig på diverse spørgsmål på mail. Samt en utrolig hjælpsom housekeeper Margaret, som altid står til rådighed.
Dejligt at der er parasol og køletaske samt køleblok til rådighed. Det brugte vi flittigt. Nærmeste strand ligger ca. 15 minutters gang fra lejligheden.
Fin fælles poolområde, hvor der som reel altid er plads.
Virkelig dejlig overdækket terrasse samt tagterrasse, som vi dog ikke brugte så meget, da der var hedebølge. Var glad for muligheden for aircondition, dog mod ekstra betaling.
Kan stærkt anbefales at man lejer bil, da der ikke er de bedste bus- og taxi muligheder.
Til lejligheden hører egen parkeringsplads stort set uden for døren. Lidt udfordrende med at parkeringspladsen ligger for enden af en skråning.
Overordnet har vi været utrolig glad for valget af lejlighed og kan stærkt anbefale stedet med meget imødekommende vært.

We always try to provide as much help as possible both in advance and during our guests stay, as we realise how busy everyone is before they go away. We do provide air conditioning, but always advise our guests to arrive and then decide if they actually require it. There is generally a breeze, which tends to keep the property cool. Unfortunately, for this guest he stayed during an extremely hot period, and so needed air conditioning. There is an extra daily charge for usage, as electricity is so expensive. We always recommend that our guests hire a car, as there is so much to explore in our area. It seems a shame to visit the island and not have the freedom to visit the many beaches, and pretty villages. Our parking space is on a slope but the villagio is on a hill, we do advise guests in advance that the space is tight.

Pittulongu is a great place for white sandy beaches and clear waters which are ideal for snorkeling.

Beaches have inflatables on the water for older children and pedalos with slides to take out. Plenty of good restaurants on the beach front. Fun waterpark nearby. Property has a lovely veranda for eating out and a roof terrace for star gazing. Air con works well in apartment. Car hire needed to make the most of the stay. Property owner easy to contact and very helpful. Nice looking shared pool but we didn't get around to using it as the beaches are so good!

A Fantastic Property and Experience
Publié le 17 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThe location, property and overall experience were fantastic. The place itself was clean, really well-equipped and ideal for us as a family of four. The upstairs terrace is a great spot for a drink and the outside dining area is very private. The shared swimming pool was a 30 second walk and was not overly busy. The property is a short walk from some great beaches and restaurants or alternatively only a short drive to the Costa Smeralda and the beautiful beaches to the south of Olbia.
The owner Ann Marie couldn't have been more helpful and gave us many great tips. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment for visit to Sardinia
Publié le 3 août 2022 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at the apartment with our two young kids. The apartment has plenty everything we needed and the two terraces are divine. It’s a short drive to great beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. Both Ann Marie and Margaret (local rep) were incredibly kind and responsive, going above and beyond to help us out. The pool is one minute away and useful for a cooling dip. Thank you Ann Marie for having us to stay.
