Having seen some negative reviews of this motel, I was leery about what I would find. What I found is nothing like what those bad reviews described. This is a simple, clean place, everything works, perfect for when you just need a place to sleep. There's an all-night convenience store across the road, restaurants are a short drive, although I was content to stay in my room. I would stay there again next time I need to be in that area.

Great little country motel. Bed was on the hard side. But clean and quiet.

This room smelled awful- the paint was peeling in the bathroom and there was just a doorknob lock on the door. Very disappointed!

We are sorry you had a bad experience at our motel. We do wash our bedding regularly and all of our rooms are non smoking. We have checked the room and did not smell anything like cigarettes and alcohol.
