Service overall was great, but my room did not have any face towels upon arrival.

The overall stay was acceptable. Clerk refused to give a receipt after check out since I used Expedia. Shower amenities were low and sheets were stained with what looked like blood.

We are not able to give receipts when you book through Expedia because you pay Expedia and they pay us. We do apologize for the issue with the sheets. We have forwarded the comments to housekeeping to look into.

The property was contemporary and well kept. A modern and up beat feeling. The facility emphasis health and fitness with simple workout equipment right in the room. Even short videos playing to guide your workout on the TV. Large rooms. The bathroom door is sliding glass door and may not offer ample privacy for some. We stayed there since it was close to Old Town and the river walk area. Little bit too far to walk for some. Drawback is pay parking. We did not expect that. We would stay here again.

Good value for the money. Comfortable bed. Not from the area but it seemed like a decent area.

It was close to the Steelhouse, they had shuttle also, very convenient and a wonderful place to stay
