There was no heat in the room and I notified the front desk and they did nothing to fix it or accommodate me froze my ass off all night long what a waste of money.

I booked a room and never got to use it!

My husband booked a room for him & I. I was to check in & he was to join me later because he works late. When I went to the front desk at the Travel Inn to fulfill my reservation they refused to give me our paid room because he wasn't there with me. Yet, I paid for the room!!!in my name!!!
