Hi Will J, My name is David Oakley, I am the property owner. Whilst I appreciate your feedback, I am sorry you felt this way about how we manage our beautiful property. We do our best to give guests the best experience and to have a memorable, safe, and fun holiday. We provide luxury essentials such as quality linen, bed making and the convenience of free unlimited Wi-Fi, media room, swimming pool and a huge outdoor area for all guests to enjoy themselves. My wife and I put many hours and pride ourselves into ensuring our property has a wow factor in presentation for guests’ arrival. Our property is not advertised as allowing parties or accepting overcrowding due to the new Fair-Trading laws. We cannot risk being penalised or delisted from the holiday marketplace from reports of neighbourhood disturbance. We advertise that there are external security cameras operating and have it in our Terms and Conditions regarding how many people our property sleeps. When we have multiple neighbours complaining directly to us and our managing agent about loud noise and whip cracking noises being made till early hours of the morning, we have no option but to act on this. We advised that we only accept 12 people at the property and requested that everyone else who was sleeping in swags on the grass were to leave. There was damage to the property and excess cleaning which resulted in extra cleaning fees incurred. We are now finding that your review is affecting our future bookings and feel we had to tell our side of the story where your review portrays us to be unreasonable owners.
