The Dugout Efficiency 1 is perfect for one or two people. This is a first floor efficiency apartment that offers a comfortable living area/bedroom with queen size bed, a large flat screen Roku TV, full bath and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen.
Outdoors is a beautiful area with a shared patio set & gas grill to relax and barbecue, as well as a shared on-site laundry facility. High speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) & air conditioning are standard amenities included with all our rental properties.
Centrally located, the Dugout Efficiency 1 is:
- 3.4 miles to Cooperstown All-Star Village
- 3.1 miles to Cooperstown Baseball World
- 18.7 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park
- 24.7 miles to National Baseball Hall of Fame, Cooperstown

My husband is a coach and stayed in the bunks with our son at All Star Village, so this spot was perfect for me and our two daughters. We all shared the one bed, which worked just fine for us. It was only a 5-minute drive to All Star Village, and the neighborhood felt very safe.The host provided thoughtful touches that made our stay easier—like a laundry basket and coins for the on-site coin-operated laundry (just remember to bring your own detergent or leave some behind for the next guest). They even had an umbrella ready, which came in handy during the rainy July weather.We were welcomed with coffee pods, bagels, and even some trading pins, which delighted my daughters. There were also two cute picnic tables where we enjoyed lunch outside. A parking permit was provided at check-in, and everything was easy to access.Note: This is a townhome divided into four units, so the front doors are very close together. It wasn’t a problem for us, but something to be aware of.Overall, a cozy and convenient stay for any All Star Village trip!
