Great spacious place to stay with wonderful staff! Thanks to Emily for the numerous recommendations, all of which were a hit for us! Only thing to be conscious of is the location and would recommend that you have a rental car if you are staying at RH Boutique Hotel. If you have a car, this is a great home base with easy access to the entire island and you will certainly enjoy your stay!

Perfect as a home base for exploring the island. Great for kids and super clean. On site restaurant was supper convienant.

My gf and I booked a “deluxe queen w two twin beds” we were given a room with only two twin beds(separated by a nightstand attached to the wall so we couldn’t push them together). They overbooked the hotel and maybe saw two female names & decided to give us two twin beds idk.. but I was upset bc the room was not as advertised.. it was small/dark/window facing the wall so no sun coming through :/ After explaining that we are a couple & we paid for a queen bed we were still stuck there for a night! The following day we were given the room we originally booked and was made to seem like a favor or something special they did & were told we won’t need to pay for upgrade fees! Well I would HOPE not bc we literally already paid for the room.. second room was on the first floor near the pool. It was great aside from the bed being so hard! we both woke up in pain numerous times. The check in process was long bc you have to download an app/use Bluetooth to unlock your room.. cool but inconvenient if your phone dies. The cafe was beautiful, very good coffee & friendly staff :) we were given a promo to get free breakfast if we wrote a review (1 breakfast per room). Wanted a late check out & was told it’ll be 50$ EVEN given the circumstances of our 1st night. Asked for new towels the last day, mentioned my gf was sleeping & to please leave them outside.. housekeeper still banged on the door & woke her up :( will not return or recommend & think reviews are biased from the cafe promo!

We are sorry to hear that your stay was not as satisfactory as we would have liked. Generally, guests find the use of a cell phone as a key very convenient; however, we do offer key cards for those who prefer it, and we regret that we were not made aware that this was your case in a timely manner. Thank you for letting us know about the inconvenience with the delivery of towels, we will take corrective action on this.It is important to clarify that the room you originally booked through expedia.com (1 room. 1 queen & 1 twin bed), had a technical problem and in order to give you a 100% operational room, the first night your stay was in a similar apt (1 room, Two full beds). The next day, at your request, we upgraded you to the two bedroom suite, pool view which represented a significant improvement to your original reservation and you enjoyed the rest of your stay there. The difference in price was offered as a complimentary for the inconvenience of the first day.We encourage our guests to review / post on social media, sales pages, etc. but we do not influence what the guest wants to express and value about the hotel. Your review is a good example of this. Thank you

Hidden Gem! So clean and beautiful! The cafe connected has amazing food and great service. I would suggest maybe a rental car but if you are going to areas like Eagle beach and near the strip of bars/food the taxis aren’t expensive. Room was extremely clean and Eemee was so sweet and always helpful. Make sure to download what’s app if you need a taxi and to also be able to communicate with the front desk if you need anything. Eduardo is the night security and makes sure you are always safe and he opens the door to let you in even before you get out the taxi! Such a wonderful experience they deserve a full house of guest.

Very much recommended place for stay outside of the Aruba downtown crowd. You may need a car to get around from this place. Coffee shop is really great and they provide some breakfast options. Sweet crepe is a must try and mango smoothie.. Rooms and pools were clean.

My stay at RH Boutique Hotel was absolutely wonderful! Not only was the staff so welcoming and friendly they were extremely helpful from beginning to the end!! We were checked in by Emily and when I say she was phenomenal I feel like that's an understate as she was just the best!!! The room was so clean and smelled so good!! Every morning they cleaned and left it smelling wonderful. To top it off we were given a complementary bottle of Sparkling Wine for the New Year!! The garden oh my goodness is absolutely stunning, the food from the cafe was yummy and appetizing!! I recommend everyone to give this place a visit just absolutely lovey!!
