Exhausting

My stay was not so good. There was over 100 teens in the lobby and running through the halls when we arrived and that lasted for our entire stay. They ran out of food for breakfast both days. I asked for a complimentary late check out due to trying to get sone additional rest due to the teens making lots of noise the night before and the fire alarm went off that night but they refused the additional hour. So i had to get on the road exhausted. Not my best stay here.

I absolutely loved my stays at the Hampton Inn-Orland Park! The staff was very welcoming yet professional. The public areas were clean despite the high traffic. I was able to park safely and move throughout the building with no worry. I even used the laundry facility which was also very clean, accessible and well-equipped. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

Very disappointed with this property . Stayed for two nights and on day one they did not clean room and so I had no fresh towels and the shampoo / conditioner were empty which I informed reception but they never fixed. Hot water was only warm at best ...not pleasant as it was freezing outside and hot shower was def required. Pillows are half pillows and not comfortable....never seen half pillows and was weird trying to get good sleeping position...Day two still luke warm water and no conditioner and reception really really just told me (what can they do!) Lord what a waste plus could not get breakfast as dining room was overrun with college kids and only server seemed to have given up refilling breakfast buffet

This was my first time staying at a Hampton hotel and when I tell you I had a great experience from the time I entered the building until I left. The ladies at the front desk were courteous, efficient and informative. The check in process was quick. My room was spotless, loved the huge television, lighting, and near compartments for clothing, ect. I loved the adjustable thermostat in the bedroom and the spacious bathrooms with an impeccable shower. I loved that they had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion in the hotel room just in case you forgot yours. I loved the huge mirrors, and the make up removal cloths. Hampton is a hotel I would definitely stay in again. The breakfast was amazing, so many choices to choose from, waffles with toppings, yogurt, toast, cereal, oatmeal! There was something for everyone! Will stay again 10/10 definitely recommend.
