Great deal for location
Publié le 20 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe room was a little dated, but it was affordable and in a good location. The views were amazing being right on the lake. We had a great time down at the pool and the woman working at the tiki bar was very friendly. Loved that they have gas grills down at the pool so we were able to cook hamburgers and hotdogs on one of the nights. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

It comes with an amazing view, you are ankle to se the Epcot ball, tower of terror, along with many other Disney attractions. I loved chilling by the pool while enjoying a drink made by the wonderful staff at the tiki bar ( located right next to the pool). Overall I really enjoyed everything the property had to offer and had a great time!

Competitive Pricing - Set Moderate Expectations

Condition of unit is clean, but not well maintained. Kitchen bi-fold pantry door fell out of its track the first time it was opened. Was not secure, nor properly maintained. Wasps are 'nesting' in the sliding door track, so don't leave the door to the balcony open.
When I alerted the owner about the pantry closet door they offered to have someone come by to repair. I declined the offer, asking that the repairs be done after I had vacated the unit. Am I expecting too much that doors not fall when used?
Owner further suggested these kind of things happen 'sometimes.' I've worked in and around real estate for 30+ years (managing, leasing and sales), so I can usually tell when something has been neglected / not repaired properly.
When I mentioned this to the owner, she suggested I focus on the property's beautiful views, the pool, the dock. Am I wrong to feel that I should not have to take time away from enjoying vacation time with my family to alert the owner of a defective pantry door (a courtesy) only to be told to look at the positives? I didn't appreciate her dismissive response.
In summary, it is a very nice unit, but you'll do well to keep your expectations in check.

Sorry that you feel that way. We work hard to take care of our guest & the property. I did go visit the property after this guest left & took care of things to make sure the property is up to standard. People have their own way of handing situation & this is a case that a bifold came off the track & inspite the guest won't let anyone in the condo she wrote this big complaint. My suggestion was base on the fact that there are 2 buildings & I wasn't sure if this guest was aware she could use the pool & hot tub behind Tower 1 since this is Tower 2

Poolside karaoke was fun and the pools and spa were clean and well maintained! Also, beautiful lake views with trails to walk. Definitely coming back!!! Thank you!!

Publié le 7 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay at this condo. The grandparents stayed at the condo to use the pool and chill while we hit the parks with the kids. The location was great - close to everything. We watched the fireworks from the parks at the balcony by the elevators. The room is right by the elevators, which was nice and easy to get our luggage in and out. We were comfortable in the condo. It could use some updating, but I think the price was a great value and we cared more about location and amenities like the pool/hot tub. The views were great from the balcony. The pool was heated so was still great on our cooler days. Would definitely stay again!

Dirty and dated
Publié le 6 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayUpon check in as we were unpacking we realized that the place was not very clean. There were stains in the fridge, food left in the oven and microwave, and a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fans (we didn’t dare turn them on).
When confronting the host on these issues she was rude and didn’t believe me, claiming that I had made it up in order to simply get a refund. We are owners of a STVR and would never do such a thing.
Needless to say, we checked out early. We do not recommend this condo.

This is the worst guest I had. You can see from her rating. All the beauty and space plus any offer didn't make her happy. She needs a place for $1000 per night. We had many guest through the years but none like her. Sometimes its better not to rent to these travelers. I alway respond. Guest may not hear what they want simply because we respond through people present at the property. We strive to make our guest happy so they will come again. This guest was refunded $250 on a booking that was in non refundable prepaid period. We offered to go check and clean the unit from the time she complaint and she refused. We offered again a day later and she refused. There is a front desk that do maintenance for the condo as well

Good Value, Full Access to Resort Amenities.

A few cons: The Oven in the kitchen does not get up to the specified temperature. I was unable to bake anything.
The bunk-bed room is quite small and right next to the entrance, not ideal for little children.
Saw a couple little critters here and there nothing substantial.

Everything is as advertised. There are pictures of everything. If the oven doesn't work, he never reported any problem otherwise it would have been fixed or replace. I think this condo has a new stove with oven

Convenient for theme parks without Disney pricing

Comfy beds, nice bathrooms with necessities, and kitchen facilities for quick breakfasts. 2 bedrooms with a 3rd area containing a bunk bed without a door or curtain so kinda weird and loud for those people. Only complaint is the tile flooring needs a good mopping between renters. Great 12th floor view facing east overlooking a lake so wonderful sunrises to start a day. The complex has a big heated pool and poolside bar but a way too small hot tub. Parking was ample and convenient. Easy to get to many restaurants, Disney World compound, souvenir shops and the freeway. 10-15 minute drive to Disney parking and 20 minutes to Universal.
