We loved our stay. Great affordable place for families. The water park was great! We were only expecting the kiddie area, but the three bigger slides were a fun surprise. Best part was there were never any lines. Absolutely loved that the water in the covered area was heated. The food at the resort was good and affordable, too, but we also loved how many places for food and entertainment there was within walking distance giving the option of more variety. The free park shuttle was amazing too. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. We loved being in building 9. It was by the water park but we were on the opposite side by the parking lot making it a short walk but away from the noise. The king bed was comfortable but my son refused the pullout sofa bed. This is not a complaint, we never asked for different accommodations or anything. We were happy to make do with what we had. I’ve never been a fan of pull out sofa beds in general but after one night of three of us in the same bed, even with it being a king, I decided to give the pullout sofa a go for myself. I laid down the couch cushions over the pullout bed and covered with a sheet and blankets and that actually helped. (Honestly, as a side sleeper, it wasn’t half bad, you can make a gap in the cushions for your arm to slide in to that relieves pressure on your shoulder) In the future however, we might opt for the room with the king and the bunk beds! It just wasn’t available when we booked our last minute stay.

Muy bueno Hotel para familias con niños, las habitaciones muy limpias y comodas, el parque y piscina excelentes ..en la recepción fueron muy amables , en general todos los trabajadores son atentos y amables, lo recomiendo..

My kids enjoyed our stay the most, everything was close by enough for us to walk , the staff was very nice and rooms were a little outdated but super clean

Rooms need some TLC, not very clean, beds are uncomfortable. Los of scraming kids. But is a water park. Nos staying here again for sure. Food is bad. Nos very friendly check in or out. Not water in the room for a couple of minutes until resolved wich ended on some people in the party have to leave without bathing due to limited time to do so. Over blah.. if you have small kids might be okay. Not for big kids or adults.
