Mauvaises type de chambre que nous avions réservé. Et cette chambre était réservé pour un autre famille

Excellent 3-Night Stay
Publié le 21 févr. 2024 sur HotelsGreat hotel especially for its location. The staff were very nice and helpful and the free breakfast was a plus. I was not a fan of the beds, I prefer something more firm but that not does take away from the overall stay. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future

Everything was great, until the last day someone pulled the fire alarm and we had to come out through the stair case so much of inconveince. THERE WAS NO FIRE.

Property was clean. Service just average. The housekeeping staff did not clean my room on Friday, but i returned to the property too late to register a complaint.

Hello, thank you for your honest feedback. We do provide housekeeping service every other day but you checked in on the 15th and out on the 17th, which was explained at check in.
