First thing we experienced was no shuttle from the airport. They say they have a shuttle but when we called was first hard to get a hold of. We had to call 3 times to see when someone was coming to pick us up. Each time they said 20 min. After 1:15 minutes we ended up finding a cab to take us. Check in once we got there was good. Room we had smelled a bit funny. When asked the maid if there was any air freshener she said no. Pool was nice and was heated. Here in March and was a bit cooler day so great for the kids. Nice food area and bar area. Would I come back. Probably not. Lots of options in the area and this place was very expensive at over &400 for what you get.

Fix your hotel. Hooks on walls aren’t in place and there’s a general air of “a hedge fund bought our company and is trying to cheap out in basic cleanliness” and it’s depressing how far y’all have fallen.

Very convenient and modern property. Excellent and professional service from all staff. Restaurant on property has great food service. They provide complimentary shuttle service to the airport. Noticed your staff is always busy and dedicated. Liked staying both times before and after cruise. Glad decided to stay in your hotel. Thank you so much.
