I will make a reply about every point made on the review. This property is not marketed as a luxury property, and I believe guests choose this home based on feedback that the home is very well cleaned and taken care of. The site has pictures of every room, so you see everything that is available in the home when making your selection, so the lighting fixtures does not enhance nor take away from the quality of a stay. Regarding lighting, all fixtures, except the bathroom fixtures, have been upgraded in the home. The note on the freezer is there because if the freezer door is not shut all the way, the freezer ices up and your food is ruined because it has not been kept to temperature. The freezer door can appear to be shut, but may be slightly open, especially if there are items stored on the interior door shelves. The home location within the neighborhood is available for viewing on the map and exploration of the listing clearly shows the neighborhood layout. The home entertains guests from all over the world, and international travelers have different kinds of plumbing and appliances available to them. There are many things that US citizens take for granted in our everyday lives with appliances and other household items, but I have guests from other countries who have never operated the type of washing machine in the home or an automatic garage door, so the notes are helpful for those travelers. I typically do not interact with my guests as I feel I do not want to interfere with their personal time. I make myself available by email, text and phone and guests are aware they can reach me 24/7. This is a Disney located properly because it has easy access to I-4, which gets you to Disney and all of the other Florida theme parks. If you look at a map of the Disney parks, the only way to get closer is to stay on Disney property and pay their high nightly fees. Anyone who has decided to stay at a privately owned home on VRBO has already decided they do not want to pay those rates and are looking for a more affordable vacation stay. A stay at the Florida Oasis Villa provides a well maintained, clean home and pool, a convenient location, all at an affordable price.

I have great Property Managers and a wonderful housekeeper who has consistently delivered exceptional cleaning services, making a great impression for my guests upon entering the home and being able to enjoy their stay knowing they are in a home that is properly cleaned, sanitized and maintained. Unfortunately there is no getting around I-4 to get to the parks, however, the home does have quick access to I-4, the main highway leading to all of the Disney exits.
