Perfect Family Vacation Home
Publié le 12 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayHouse was perfect for a large group with central access to Disney parks. Easy check-in process and the management company was very responsive to maintenance calls. BEWARE: House has a very loud audible alarm going out to the pool area that is very difficult to manage with sliding glass doors. It was not fun and made it difficult to go in/out of the house. Perfect house if you have little kids b/c of the alarm but I would not rent again for an adult group.

Regarding the alarm to the pool area, it's crucial to mention that it's a mandatory safety feature required by state law. While we understand that it may be less convenient for adult groups, the safety and well-being of our guests, especially those with little kids, are of utmost importance. it’s important to note that there is a switch on either side of the door (High up out of children's reach) from where you can press to turn alarm off when it sounds.
Pool alarms are a critical safety feature, and while they can sometimes be inconvenient, they play a vital role in preventing accidents. It's essential to strike a balance between safety and convenience to ensure a safe pool environment for everyone.

Great location with plenty of spaces.
Publié le 20 août 2023 sur HomeAwayOverall clean and specious. Very poor Wi-Fi service and pool chair needed to be cleaned or changed. In addition, pool light was not working. Other than that, we enjoyed staying there and will consider again for our next trip.

Be careful!
Publié le 3 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayWe paid a month in advance the extra $45 per DAY for the pool and hot tub to be heated. They were supposed to turn it on the day before so it was warm. After enjoying our first night out we decided to go back early and enjoy the water and it was freezing. We called and they couldn’t send anyone out. When they eventually came they said it was broken. First, if they did come out early they should have known and informed us it wasn’t working and we would have at least made different plans. Second, they refunded us for the cost of the heating but honestly- that’s not enough! Who rents a house in Florida and can’t use the pool? You ruined our experience. And when I told them how I felt there was NO response. I’m happy to show screenshots. You have to treat people better. It’s not all about the income. You ruined it.

Beautiful Golf Course Home

The property was clean, comfortable and luxurious. We had a very pleasant time in the house.
Everything was perfect, except for some minor issues with the alarm from the patio, that was very annoying, but we learned how to deactivate each time we wanted to go outside.

Comfortable, well equipped villa

There was everything you could reasonably need in the kitchen and the bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The pool wasn't massive but we weren't expecting that. In July, there was no need to have it heated - it was a very nice temperature from midday onwards. There were a few issues - the air conditioning system had a leak which had soaked the upstairs hall carpet. It took several days for the maintenance people to resolve this. The door to the balcony of the master bedroom was extremely hard to open and also required intervention from the maintenance team. The games systems (PS5 / X-Box) don't have any games provided (it would have been good to know this in advance) and there were no batteries in the controllers. The connections for the X-Box in the cinema room were not working properly while we were there. The alarm system on the patio doors is rather annoying. I know there needs to be one but it is very touchy and should be modernized. It can't reasonably be operated by a child such that they don't set the alarm off almost every time.

Definitely could use more wash cloths. If you say you have linens, you should have a sufficient amount for a week stay.
