Mario House

It has everything that my family enjoy pools, your very own Mario playground inside and the on property pools and restaurants. We also love how close Walt Disney, Universal and other attractions are it’s so convient. We would definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly and are always on call if you need them. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Candyland House Disney Adventure
Publié le 4 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThere were 10 of us. The house was spacious & plenty to keep my Grandchildren busy. When we weren’t at Disney we were at our pool or the water park at the resort. Wonderful place!! Vacation of a lifetime!!!

Great House Near Disney

The house is exactly as described and worked great for my family of 4. The kids loved the pool, the movie theater and the indoor playground. The community that the house is on also has great shared amenities including a mini golf course which my kids loved playing. Can't recommend this place more.

Ruined us for other properties

It was everything r could have hoped for and the kids did not want to leave. About 20 minutes away from Disney theme parks and we found the commute very easy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the play room kept the kids entertained while I used it. Property manager was responsive when I had a question. Great experience.

The home was beautiful. Loved having the pool and theater room.
Publié le 7 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe arrived at 7pm after flying the red eye from Alaska. We did not receive our access code to the home, and were unable to reach anyone at Florida Premier Property Management. VRBO was notified and they gave us rooms at a hotel for that night but we had to pay the resort fee totaling over $100.00.
After continuous calling, we finally drove to the office of Florida Premier Property Mgmt the next day after getting no answer at 9:30 am, and got access to the home. Neither myself or husband received an email with the access code. They deny that, yet cannot provide proof it was sent. It was not sent.
There was no frying pan, we had to buy one as we were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids.
They had a metal plate in the microwave as a turntable, which was not discovered until we made popcorn.
Due to the delay in getting to the home and not being reimbursed for our first night, we will not rent from any VBRO using Florida Premier Property Managemet.

Access codes are sent out in the welcome email. These are automated emails to ensure that guests have everything they need on arrival. These can sometimes be missed as they arrive in spam/junk folders. This is something we have no control over. We do encourage guests to check for this, although on this occasion we can only assume something has been overlooked.
Whilst we are contactable throughout most of the day, at the time of your arrival our offices would have been closed.
It seem very odd and unlikely that anyone could foreseeably use anything metallic in a microwave for anything useful. It's placement there remains a mystery.
The kitchens are large and kitted out with top of the range utensils. It comes as a surprise you could not locate a frying pan.
We hope you will acknowledge we did our utmost to ensure your vacation went swimmingly and despite these minor inconveniences you had a wonderful vacation and we look forward to hearing from you in future.
