Cheer Team Stay

Neighborhood was quiet, new and easy to get to. House was very nice and updated. Beautiful pool! The only negative was that there were no ceiling fans in the house to help and the fridge and the dishwasher had a fishy smell as if they were off for awhile and not used and then turned back on.

Property as advertised, service not

The house was as advertised, clean. The service experience was terrible. It was very difficult to reach a support person either before or during our stay. There was no attitude of being interested in helping us have a nice stay, more about “our policy says….”. An example is that I noted somewhere that we had to request that you activate the jacuzzi (for and extra fee over and above the price we paid). With some effort, I was able to reach the Vacasa support desk a couple of days before our stay and was told that I’d missed the deadline to request that. A better answer would have been something like, “We ask for 72 hours notice but will do our best as we’d like your stay to be as pleasant as possible.” I simply got “Our policy is 72 hours”. Once we checked in, we found that the internet did not work, neither did any of the TVs or the system in the home theatre. I reached out to rectify that and, after a long wait, spoke with the Vacasa support desk. A restart of the modem didn’t fix the issue with the internet and TVs so I was told they would send someone out. That never happened so we had no internet or entertainment for our stay. So, the net of it is that a home that was marketed as having a home theatre, heated pool and jacuzzi had none of those things for us. Not at all worth what we paid.

The house was perfect for the group we had . We had a great time and would book it again. Joel , the contact host was super quick in his responses and really took care of any concerns that came up .

They need more pots and pans and the pool wasn't heated as we had requested on booking months ahead and followed up before the 72hr prior. Otherise it was a lovely property with plenty of space.

Family Reunion Shenanigans

Great place to host a family reunion. Spacious rooms with private bathrooms. Lots of room to socialize and play. A nice relaxing private pool. The kitchen can accommodate cooking for a large good, it has 2 of all major appliances. Would definitely rebook this location.

Great Place for a Group of 16 Golfers

We had 16 guys on our annual golf trip. The house was perfect. Great big dinning table that fit us all, clean, plenty of rooms beds and a wonderful heated pool and hot-tub. Would stay here again.

Nice house. TERRIBLE management

The house was very spacious and fit my large family well. The outdoor space was really nice for the size group that we had as well. However we had A LOT of issues with this house. We paid for the pool and spa to be heated. They were both freezing the day we arrived. I contacted the management company who assured me they were reaching out to the local management to deal with the issue. The house was pretty dirty and lots of things were broken. The refrigerator door had chocolate on it. There were red spots that looked like blood on the floor upstairs. After being at the house an hour, the bottoms of our feet were black. The ice maker door was broken. There was no knob inside one of the bathrooms so you couldn’t get out of the bathroom. Multiple beds only had a fitted sheet and top sheet (no comforter or blanket). There were not enough towels for the amount of people we had staying. The kitchen was not well stocked. There were tons of margarita glasses but no normal drinking glasses. There were 2 dishwashers in the house. One never drained so it was unusable. The other was hit or miss on whether it got the dishes cleaned or not. I contacted the management company multiple times and was told the local management company had been contacted and would call me soon. No one ever called. We stayed for a week. The least that should have been done was a phone call. I will never rent again through Vacasa management company.
