Location correspondant à la description. Attention les draps et les serviettes ainsi que la climatisation sont en supplément contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Abritel. Nous n’avons finalement pas payer ses services et l’annonce devrait être mise à jour.

Merci, heureuse que vous ayez apprecié. Le linge qui est inclus dans le prix, comme souligné en annonce, ce sont les couvre-matelas, le couvre-lits, les housses de canapés, les nappes extérieures et les tapis de douche, parmi les autres.. D’après le Covid, la location de draps et de serviettes est louée à une blanchisserie professionnelle: il s’agit d’un service important qui est proposé au client et je suis fière de le proposer. Il s'agit d'un service supplémentaire, toutefois… dont le coût est très bien précisé parmi les services supplémentaires, ainsi que celui de la climatisation. Il y a des clients, qui ne retrouvent ça, parfois, mais il n’y a personne qui s'oppose au paiement, surtout après mon accueil.

Maison de vacances

Très jolie maison de vacances découpée en deux appartements de 4 personnes très bien équipés. La terrasse couverte est le lieu commun des repas pour 8. La décoration est soignée et très agréable. Loredana, la propriétaire, accompagne ses hôtes en leur expliquant le fonctionnement de la maison mais aussi en les conseillant pour leurs sorties.

Parfait

2 appartements très bien équipés avec une très bonne literie. Nous avons rayonné pour visiter la région et pu profiter de la plage proche. L'hôtesse était d'une grande amabilité et parlait un français impeccable. Séjour de 5 jours a 6 adultes impeccable.

Gemütliches Haus für zwei Familien mit getrennten Wohnungen

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Loredana empfangen. Sie hat uns alles sehr ausführlich gezeigt und erklärt. Alles super gepflegt und sauber. Das Haus ist in zwei separate Wohnungen geteilt. Eine Wohnung befindet ich im Keller aber mit Tageslichtfenstern (Souterrain) Eine Wohnung im Obergeschoss. In der Mitte ist ein sehr schöner und toll angelegter Hof mit einer sehr gemütlichen, überdachten Sitzgelegenheit für alle zusammen. Dort haben wir immer gegessen und auch gegrillt. FmDann gibt es bei der oberen Wohnung noch eine gemütliche Veranda mit Vorhängen zum Zuziehen. Alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben waren zwei Familien (jeweils 2 Erw. Und 2 Kinder). Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit im Haus. Supermärkte in direkter Nähe. Mehrere wunderschöne Strände in 5 min Autoentfernung. An Pfingsten nicht viel los auf der Insel. Somit haben wir immer und überall Parkplätze zur Auswahl gehabt. Tolle Strände, Orte und Tropfsteinhöhle alles mit dem Auto erreichbar. Bei Fragen war Loredana immer direkt erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Lage des Hauses für viele Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Wir würden wieder in Loredanas Haus Urlaub machen.

Lovely House for a group

We were a group of 5 adults and the house was perfect for our stay. The location was great and walking distance to several grocery stores, restaurants and a lovely wine shop. Lordana was very helpful recommending restaurants, beaches and other nearby attractions. Very much appreciated!

Sehr nettes Haus mit 2 seperaten Appartements

Liebevoll eingerichtete und dekorierte Appartements. Perfekt für 2 Familien. Smart TV und Klimaanlage vorhanden Schöner Außenbereich mit Grill und Außendusche! Supermärkte in der Nähe. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Eigentümerin gab Tipps für Restaurants und Strände. Konnten 4 Stunden früher das Appartement beziehen als vereinbart. Einfach top!!!

SISTEMAZIONE TOP

Loredana è stata molto gentile e disponibile, la casa è dotata di ogni confort. La soluzione è top per due famiglie in quanto le due unità sono complete di tutto ed indipendenti e condividono il giardino, il bbq, la doccia esterna e una super tavolata sotto la pergola. Ci siamo goduti la vacanza completamente ed abbiamo adorato le cene in giardino....torneremo sicuramente! La zona della Sardegna è degna di nota e nasconde dei luoghi paradisiaci che non potrete non amare.

Great apartments in good location

We were several friends and rented both 4-people-appartments for 10 days. The appartments were clean, modern and well equipped with bathroom, kitchen and washing machine. We also used the barbecue grill and the terrace was cool for meeting each other in the evening. The location is okay (it's not directly on the beach but 15 minutes away by foot). There are 3 supermarkets surrounding, a few restaurants and even more restaurants on the way to the beach. Great appartments for maximum altogether 8 people, we've had no problems, contact to renter was uncomplicated and fast, just perfect.

Family get together

We hired both upstairs and downstairs properties for our family of three couples. The property has lovely outdoor space for sitting and dining out : We had a couple of bbq’s . The rooms were spotlessly clean and the air con was a good send. It was a 15/20 minute walk to the Cala Liberotto beaches which were idyllic with beautiful backdrops and not a high rise in sight. We visited a number of beaches along the coast, some more sandy and some rocky but all beautiful with crystal clear water. There are bike and walking trails but it was too hot for that when we went. There is wind surfing and kayaking at the beach a bit further along the coast. There is a bakery and two supermarkets a few minutes walk away and a number of restaurants. Lorendena was at hand if we needed her but everything was self explanatory. We had a lovely week in the sun. Thank you Lorendena
