Wonderful lake view property

Modern and convenient house

We could have used a few more bath towels. Although the house looks small there was plenty of room for six of us. We had a great time!

Perfect For Our Needs
Publié le 19 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe didn't know when we first reserved this home if it would just be the three of us or if some other members of our family would need a place to stay during our 4 day family reunion in Milbank. It turned out that we had several people stay with us and there was plenty of room. With two bedrooms and one bathroom up and another two bedrooms and bathroom in the basement, plus a "mancave" in the basement, this property has all the space you would need for large gatherings.
I personally love the house and property surrounding it. It's great that from the back deck you can look over the park and lake behind the house. There's a grocery store within walking distance as well as downtown Ortonville shopping and even a couple of pubs.
The house feels like it has been recently remodeled and has very new appliances, flooring, furniture including a dining table for six, etc.
The owners of the house were easily reached and we're very friendly and accommodating.
This is a good one, Folks. Rent it if you get a chance. :-)
