It is a great place, it is not the best location for travelers that want to spend time at Dontobori or Namba area but it has the subway very close!

Great hotel experience. Staff a very friendly and helpful. The check in and check out is primarily done via self service kiosk, but there is staff at counter if you need help. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. There is a public bath in the hotel which was large and spacious.
