Check in was late, they made everyone line up and the line was going outside the hotel without any clear instructions. Took the elevator to our room and there was rubbish everywhere on the floor and it was a struggle to move our suitcases through it to get to our room. Upon entering the room, there was a really strong smell of smoke that came from the bedding and i also noted small drops of blood on them. On a good note I always stay at APA hotels everytime I travel to japan because of how cheap and comfortable it is, the location here was great. It was super convenient next to major shopping centres and was a short 3 min walk to namba station.

Hotel was great, kept clean and organized. Rooms are a little smaller for one bed but that’s expected in Japan. Overall, maybe a more desirable price or offering for breakfast would have been more enticing, but i have no complaints

This hotel is dirty, we found spider webs in the corners of the room, you find trash all day long on the corridors due to the cleaners work servicing the rooms, staff is not approachable if you don’t speak Japanese, the area is not for families with kids.

Stayed for a week Oct 30-Nov 5. Rooms are too small but their service is world class! Staff are all nice and friendly, tries to help out in every way possible. Thank you will definitely recommend and will be back again!
