Beautiful hotel. Walkable to everything. Pretty much connect to OCAT for bus rides to/from KIX Airport. Dotonburi an easy 7 minute, nice walk.

Rooms where clean and spacious well at least for one person. Amenities inside the hotel are very convenient. They have a 7-Eleven, a laundromat, and a pool and spa. For those who like to work out they have a gym but it's not free.

Modern and stylish hotel with spotlessly clean rooms. Amenities provided were above and beyond. The staff was helpful and courteous. Great drinks at the hotel bar! Close to transit stops in a nice area.

Theres huge holes in between aisles of rooms that go from the roof to the bottom of the hotel. The temperature inside the premise is the same as outside. I dont know what what happens when it rains… my room was right in front of the hole and the moment i opened the door the freezing cold wind would hit me. Restrooms are way too small, they are smaller than porta potties, very uncomfortable.

Onsen is lovely, I like that it’s big enough they have both a cold pool and a sauna. Beds are super squishy but reasonably supported which is nice for me as a side sleeper. Most luggage can fit under the beds. Rooms are small but useable space.
