This hotel was nice especially if your someone on a budget or hotel hopping in different cities. The rooms actually weren’t as small as I thought for me and my mom and we didn’t even need to put the luggage under the bed. Hotel was clean and very convenient. The beds were uncomfortable, especially the pillows it literally was nothing

The room was very clean and the amenities the hotel had were plenty. My only complaint is the elevators although there were six per top and bottom halves of the hotel. During high traffic times the wait time was too much

Staff were very helpful . Provided cover up for tattoos however the bed was not comfortable possible due to it being raised to store luggage underneath which can help with the small space. Very close to dontobori and namba shrine. If your are on a high floor it a long wait for the elevator

This was an amazing property. super tall with a lot of rooms. So large that it has it's own 7/11. The number of tourist and people are outstanding, but once you get past that, the cost and convenience of this hotel out weigh the inconveniences. When coming from Namba station, be sure to learn the underground routes to exit 28 or 29 to avoid dragging your suitcase through the hot, cold or rainy streets. The underground is long but it's nice. The bus stop directly to KIX airport is right next door and is super handy. The spa and laundry is very useful, but crowded sometimes. It was good to be able to go to 7/11 in your pajamas, but everyone does at the outside ones too anyways. Tons of places to eat as you make your way to Namba statsion and Dotonburi.

Our room was tiny, with no space for luggage or to walk around the bed comfortably. The pool was closed for the season (ending Sept 21), unexpectedly. It costs extra to use standard hotel facilities (eg the gym and pool). In our experience, there was no personalized service. Even a question about booking a taxi was met with a « I don’t do that » response, with no offer of guidance regarding where to get one (until asked again). The one excellent component was the public bath. It was clean and well-equipped - and didn’t cost extra to use. The hotel is also within walking distance to many touristic sites, which was good. However, we were left with the feeling that customer service is a low priority for this APA hotel, particularly if it interferes with maximizing the profit of the business. You’ll need to interact with screens - and not people - from check in to check out. We won’t stay here again and we don’t recommend it.
