Room was large, a corner, so plenty of room. As usual for the Japanese hotels we have stayed in previously, no wardrobe but we did have a desk and chairs! Bed was comfortable and we weren’t disturbed by noise. Only downside would be the wait for the lifts on checkout day Tip: go UP then stay for the downward trip!

Second day I started to notice a smell of urine in the bathroom. I couldn't figure out why. I tried to spray and clean and turned on ventilation but at night the smell gets stronger. I didn't ask for cleaning because I only had a day left. I may not come back again.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location in Namba. The room was clean, and the hotel provided adequate facilities and amenities for a comfortable stay. However, it was quite crowded, and there were many people waiting to check in or in the lobby.

This is a basic chain hotel. No pool and if you use Apa pools, they charge you $20 per person. It has a nice osen, but no toilets in the locker room and no towels.

Disappointed in our stay. Firstly booked this hotel because of the swimming pool only to find out on arrival that you need to pay 2000yen per adult to use it for only an hour! This is not shown when booking via hotels.com otherwise I wouldn’t have booked here. The bathroom stunk of urine. The hotel is too big to manage, all the rubbish is piled up in the corridors for hours before its removal, not a nice to walk past. It is in a good location, has a 7 eleven which was really convenient, transport options right outside the hotel. Also there is no information on tours etc available at the hotel. Not sure I would stay again. The bed to my surprise was fairly comfortable. The room is really small, you couldn’t open a big suitcase.

Our family had an amazing time in Osaka! The hotel’s location was perfect—just a stone's throw from the subway, making it so easy to explore the city. We loved strolling around and discovering fantastic restaurants and iconic spots, like the vibrant Dotonbori district. Plus, having a 24-hour 7-Eleven right inside the hotel was super convenient! Huge thanks for the wonderful service. The only downside? The fancy restaurant in the hotel didn’t quite live up to expectations—both the service and food were a bit disappointing. But overall, it was an unforgettable experience!

It's a good location away from Dontonburi, but accessible to the Osaka Metro and JR stations. Plus, there is a 7 Eleven on the premises. Staff very courteous and informational despite some processes are automated. Room was comfortable and clean. Meals at restaurant rivals anything outside for comparable price/quality.

parklu entrance and then you have super small rooms (closet size). Bathroom that looks like an RV bathroom. No air conditioning in the hotel just barely in your room that gets turn off every time you leave the room and take the key with you. Facilities are a joke, they charge per the pool 2000 yen per person per HOUR. Gym same and is additional. They charged us to also keep the language. It was ridiculous and also advertised poorly on the Expedia web site since there was not mention of the extra fees ( only if you click the fine print it say something but never was mentioned in the booking. But even if you look the fine prints it was not mentioning the charges are per hours. Overall this was a scam, falsely advertised by Expedia and fraudolent set up. I expect Expedia to reimburse me for the expenses occurred that included also to have to find at last minute another place to stay.

Great location handy to trains. Filtered cold and hot water available by elevator. Windows opened for ventilation and emergency exit. Rooms were air conditioned but hotel was not as walls were not enclosed. Able to experience Japanese onsen hot pools for free. Note surcharge for rooftop swimming pool, which is quite common in Japan.

This APA looks and feels like a grand hotel. It's amazing. The onsen and breakfast buffet is excellent! Only a block from a subway/train station, and about 10 mins walk to Dontonburi. Choose this and you will have a great time.

Absolutely huge hotel, it felt like a city! Very impersonal as electronic check in and out. However, the spa facilities and hotel facilities such as the roof deck, 7 11 cafes and bars inside the hotel were excellent! Rooms incredibly small though!
