Location was perfect for my needs!! Food everywhere, subway on just about every corner.. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.. Hotel is very clean and quiet.. Would I stay here again? You bet I would, in a heartbeat!! Oh, and I stayed here 12 nights..

The price is extremely good. But you get what you pay for. Tiny rooms even for Japanese hotels. The bathroom is minuscule. The elevators are extremely slow.

急な予定変更にも関わらず親切に対応いただきました。 新しいホテルでもあったので部屋はキレイでしたし、リネン類も清潔でした。 ひとつ希望を言えば、キャリーケースを広げる折り畳みの台があったら完璧だったと思います。 大阪に行く機会があればまた利用したいです。
