The hotel is a close walk to Dotonburi and Shisenkei area which are filled with shopping and dining options. You will have to walk through the night life to get to the hotel so it could get quite busy however it is not noisy once you get to the hotel room. Very convenient location

Front desk staff are not friendly, professional and don’t have respect for their guests/customers. They made us feel that they are better than us. On the other hand, house keeping employees are quite respectable, courteous and friendly. In my opinion- the entire front desk staff needs to be re-trained on customer service.

This place is convenient because it’s so close to Dotonburi. But compared to other hotels we stayed at in Tokyo, Kyoto and Yokohama, this hotel is the least in our “go back to” list. You can see molds in the bathroom and the lobby is not so inviting.

Bed comfortable, location very close to all amazing spots. Hotel is very dated, clean but my biggest issue was the toilet reeking of sewer smell, it was terrible to the point we dont want tobuse it and just use outside toilets. Also, we are a group of 3 so the bathroom with a clear glass with shade is not the best choice when travelling with a couple and a teenage child.
