The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. They held our bags prior to check-in, assisted during check-in, handled our forwarded luggage, and assisted with bus service to the airport. We booked a superior room and were assigned the 12th floor, which was great. Although we were close to the elevator, we heard very little noise outside our room, and always within normal hours. The room as spacious (by Japanese standards), clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our two-night stay, including provided pajamas. The location, across the street from the Keihan Railway, was ideal for reaching other parts of the city. Osaka Castle was just a 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room clean. Average Japan hotel room size. Good location. Across from major station and mall. My only complaint was the pillows. They were literally flat. Luckily I had an extra blanket to tuck under my head.

I recently stayed at the Keihan Hotel Temmabashi Ekimae, and it was a great experience. The rooms are very clean and provide a great rest. Rooms they are bigger than average , comfortable and well-designed. Amenities are provided as well. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, enhancing the overall stay. There is an insight restaurant for breakfast and lunch at a cost. The location is fantastic, with easy access to Uber pick up directly out front. The Keihan Mall across the street offers numerous restaurants and shops, and there’s a Family Mart and Starbucks just a minute away. Additionally, you're close to Dotonbori Street, known for its vibrant nightlife and street food. The train station is also conveniently located across the street, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone visiting, with a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and friendly service. I only put 4 stars as I wish's they provided more pillows than just one.

Hotel is 5 mins from Tenmabashi station (exit 2 and directly opposite on the other side of the road). The twin beds were large single beds and he hotel is very modern with a tablet between the beds which controlled the lights, AC, alarm, DND sign and clean room instructions. The room had limited table space and not a lot of spare floor space in general for luggage. Long nightshirts are provided, but they are so thin (see-through!) as to be pointless. Good selection of toilettries in the bathroom and amenities (toothbrush, hairbrush, tea, coffee etc) in the lobby next to the lifts. The toilet was in a separate room from the bath/shower and basin room. Excellent quality hairdryer and straightener provided, although the location of the plug next to the sink was dubious (we used it in the bedroom instead). One carton of water per room was provided. Key cards required to use the lifts. The daily tourist tax (800 yen per night) was high compared to all the other hotels we stayed at in other areas, but it's a major city. The rooms weren't very well insulated as some of the noises from outside could be heard.

I honestly have zero complain about this hotel !! It was in a perfect location right in front of a station and a mall with many things to do around the area !! Right by the Osaka castle easy to walk there !! Also close to dotunbuti. Perfect location !! The room itself was also great .Very spacious comfy bed although I tought the shower was gonna be small it wasn’t the tub was big enough for me to take a bath and I’m 5’6 . The staff was amazing including the housekeepers . Loved it overall will book again sad I had to leave !!

We spent 8 nights here, using it as a base to explore. It is a newer hotel with a classy, restrained style, located across the street from a metro/local railway station with an associated 8-floor shopping mall built above. Check-in was easy; many of the staff speak at least a little English. Check-out was also easy; we paid an extra 2,000Y for 2 hours later check-out time. Nearby was an area where many little amenities are available – toiletries, tea/coffee supplies, etc. The room was nicely designed; the wet room, toilet and sink were all separate. Fridge and kettle were in-room, while there are microwaves and vending machines on a couple of floors. We booked one of the smaller rooms – less wide, but still enough space for us to both move around. The twin beds were comfy, though we had to ask for extra pillows as only one each is standard. The HVAC system was efficient and VERY quiet. The TV was great; we were able to cast our iPad to it. The laundry has three efficient washers and three dryers; payment is via the web; cash payment was not an option. We paid the extra charge for the breakfast buffet; this was a highlight. There’s a range of hot and cold foods, mostly Western but some with a Japanese twist, and there were some changes daily. Our favourite was the soft-serve ice cream machine – the vanilla-matcha swirl is to die for! The staff were friendly, competent and helpful; overall we were very pleased with the hotel – we cannot think of any real issues or concerns.
