Booked with high expectations, but the experience was disappointing overall. - Cleanliness: The room looked old and poorly maintained. - Connectivity: Unable to detect WiFi even after being provided with an additional router. - Amenities: Only local Japanese TV channels are available, which aren’t tourist-friendly. No complimentary bottled water is provided; guests are expected to use their own bottles to collect water from a dispenser. - Service: Reception staff were unfriendly and not welcoming at all.

We never got to breakfast but it smelled amazing. The staff was kind and helpful, they spoke English very well I didn't need to use my translation app. I highly recommend this hotel if your going to the park it's right next to the JR line entrance and Universal Studios Park. It's right on City Walk where there are a lot of shops and food options also Starbucks and Tullys Coffee are there by the Hotels entrance. The room was clean and big. We had a fridge. The bathroom had a medium sized counter but an big sink, the tub was amazingly large and deep, the shower was perfect height, pressure was amazing. 9.9/10 only because they didn't have towel racks or hooks lol but definitely worth the price.

The room was very spacious and clean. They offered great amenities. The cost was much more than a hotel or airbnb thats 10 min train ride away, but it was worth the convenience if you are only there to visit Universal Studios.

Location location location! Fantastic place to stay close to universal, but convenient to Osaka center. Even the ferry to get to the aquarium was right there. Rooms are a little dated but the rest of the hotel was nice and updated.
