Room was clean and spacious enough for one person, staff were great and check in and out is very easy. Decent location near tennoji. Only issue was the mattress was very very hard.

My stay was two nights and everything was great. The location is uber convenient and close to attractive sites. Hotel staff was friendly. You check in yourself but the staff was ready to help and the amenities are great too. The room was comfortable and it's enough for one person (you can lay down one big luggage comfortably). Everything was clean. While there were some noises from the street they weren't bad and not frequent. The only complaint I have was there wasn't a trash can in the bathroom. I couldn't wake up for the breakfast so no comments on that. One tip to travelers: don't get taxi/uber from the hotel to the airport because it's pretty pricey (nothing to do with the hotel), unless you have people to split the cost with or just have way too much luggages. There's public transportation about 12 min walk away from the hotel.

Bathtub drainage was bad, shower water kept changing temperature, dining area was not organized well - getting food lines and returning plates lines were mixed up. I accidentally washed clothes with some tissue paper and made a mess in a washing machine and a dryer. Staff was kind and didn’t blame me at all.

Everything was as expected for this hotel chain. The area around the hotel is quite accessible but there is a lot of graffiti and it’s a bit run down. It’s a ‘retro’ area but could use a bit of maintenance.

Tiny clean room and seem to be renovated. Good location close to metro/JR stations, zoo, mall and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Safe to walk around and good breakfast with 8-10 varieties but only two kinds of bread with coffee and tea. Very good price for the whole package. Washer and dryer work well.
