The second veranda, located next to the house, is furnished with a large table that allows you to enjoy meals with friends. In the shade of the olive trees is an outdoor chessboard.

The interiors of Villa Quinta Strofa are developed under graceful barrel vaults. The entrance is into a bright living room onto which a modern kitchen opens to view. Here there is also a dining table and 1 double sofa bed.
The sleeping area consists of 3 elegant and air-conditioned bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, large and with maximum privacy guaranteed, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with single beds, which can be joined upon prior request. Completing the villa are 2 bathrooms with showers.
Every room in the villa is air-conditioned. The atmosphere is peaceful, the modern design and the proximity to the wonderful beaches of the Adriatic coast and the historical center of Ostuni make it the ideal place for dream vacations in Apulia.

Villa Quinta Strofa is a beautiful luxury villa with swimming pool located in the countryside of the Valle d`Itria, in the territory of Ostuni.
The center of the "White City," with its unique historical center and all services, is just 3 km from the villa. The nearest beaches are those of the Adriatic coast, with the award-winning Marina di Ostuni.
Other destinations worth visiting in the area are the towns of Locorotondo and Alberobello, 23 and 30 km away, respectively.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory rental has a price of euro 20 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
