I enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. All of the staff was very friendly. What put this property over the top for me was the lovely sitting area overlooking the river. There were different levels with Muskoka chairs to use. We sat and enjoyed the view twice during our stay. Definitely recommend this property.

The toilet in room 235 is not working as it should. About an hour after we checked in, we reported the issue to the front desk. The staff member was polite and suggested we use the public restroom near the reception while promising to send someone to fix the problem. Someone did arrive shortly after and told us it had been resolved, but unfortunately, the issue remains. The toilet still requires at least five flushes, and even then, it doesn’t clean properly. This might seem like a minor inconvenience, but when you’re tired from traveling and only staying for one day, facing such issues leaves an unpleasant impression.

Everything was lovely, bed comfortable and room clean. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately the people above us were loud and noisy all night which wrecked the ambiance bit that was not hotel fault. Highly recommend
