I've stayed at this property a lot over the years (about 7 years now). They don't seem to be putting any funds into upkeep so it's getting a bit worn. I had a small issue at check in with the night clerk announcing my room number loudly in a lobby with multiple people. it's a safety issue for me and I did let him know politely that it wasn't ok. The morning clerk was very nice and said she'd let management know.

Not a quality stay

Room was dirty with stains on bed covers and sheets. Hairs on toilet. Couch pillows on the bed. No breakfast available.

We had stayed at a quality inn earlier in the month and it was fantastic. Walking into our room at Oxford, we realized this wasn’t really up to par. When we got in bed the sheet had an hole about the size of my index finger . The pillows were flat and worn out And sheets and some towels were worn out But I did have a very nice shower
