Great view and very clean house. If you love the beach then this is a great place. Close to grocery stores and other conveniences. MY only - and biggest issue- is when you turn on the AC the house shakes and the noise in the downstairs apartment is overwhelming. We had to turn it off to get sleep.

Amazing beachhouse

This was the perfect home for our annual family trip. Having the the master bedroom on the main living level was perfect for my parents who are in their 80's. The bottom level has another bedroom that I would consider a second master bedroom, which gives separation and privacy. The views and amenities in this home are amazing.

Great Days at the Beach

This property is absolutely perfect for a family wanting to enjoy this beach. We had a wonderful time. The house is completely stocked with everything you would want for a beachside vacation. Great games and all the necessary Beach paraphernalia. As a result, we did not have to bring anything with us. Just pack your bags and go.

Great home directly on Hollywood Beach

Lovely clean home, nicely renovated directly on Hollywood Beach. My family and I enjoyed a 4 night stay at this lovely beach front home which sits directly on the sand. Great views, wide quiet beach. Great location Home was extremely clean which is important to me. Note that to reserve you must provide an id before you arrive. Full payment as well as a $1000 security payment was due earlier than most rental homes that we have booked.

Beautiful, comfortable home

Exceedingly comfortable stay. Easy check in. We had no issues at all so we didn't need to contact management, however they were very responsive prior to checking in. Comfortable beds and furniture. Beautiful beach with soft, soft sand and no crowds Great place for a weekend getaway or better yet a nice long week at the beach! We would DEFINITELY stay again.

GREAT family get away!

The single bed situation and pull out bed isn't ideal for us since my 'boys' are all taller than 6feet! We remedied that and brought air mattresses and it was fine! The house is very nice. Conducive for games, cards, meals and tv watching together in the big room upstairs. The sunsets were amazing, really enjoyed our stay!

Great Location but House is NOT as advertised

I rented this house for a long overdue two-night family getaway which included my 91-year-old mom. The house itself is in a great location with wonderful ocean views but the furniture (mainly outdoor,) kitchen ware, sheets, and overall cleanliness of the house was very disappointing. There were numerous issues which were addressed in real-time by the property management company. Pros: Location and size of house with the ability to accommodate a large family or two couples travelling together. Cons: 1) No actual coffee maker - there's a Keurig machine available with a VERY limited number of pods - Folger's coffee in a pod is really not going to do it for those who enjoy real coffee in the morning. For those of us who enjoy a good strong cup of coffee in a coffeemaker or a coffee press, knowing that there’s only a Keurig machine at the property should be clearly mentioned on the listing for this vacation rental homeowner's/property management company. 2) Stains on pillowcases and sheets on both the master bedroom comforter and bedding downstairs on the queen bed. Also, the comforter on the King bed in the Master bedroom was covered with a layer of sand which my husband and I had to shake off outside, cutting into our overall getaway. We could have thrown it in the dryer but the dryer itself had a significant amount of sand in it so that didn’t seem like a good idea. All of that said, given the dollar amount per night for this vacation rental and the cleaning fee, everything (especially the bedding) should be absolutely spotless and in excellent condition! 3) Master bedroom is in the back of the house which did have some street noise late at night and early in the morning. I would hope that the largest and nicest room in the house should be facing the ocean versus the street but that's something that's not mentioned in the advertised listing. 4) Toilet seats are off center in both of the upstairs bathrooms. It seems like this place had a remodel but things such as the toilet seats were done very cheaply and not adjusted correctly. Again, very surprising and disappointing for the dollar amount! 5) Outdoor furniture both upstairs and downstairs was dirty and cheap. To recap, I think that there are better places to stay on Hollywood Beach and wouldn't recommend this property unless the Homeowner's and the property management company step things up and address many of the issues mentioned above.

Great beach house

We had a wonderful time at this house, it has a great layout for two families and it’s on a very nice part of the beach. The house is updated and also has air conditioning, which is a plus. It was very easy to check in and the property managers were quick to respond to questions. I would definitely recommend this property!
