Step into this Italian-inspired home! Inviting entryway on the first floor lead to 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, situated oceanfront. 1.5 bathrooms and laundry room are also located on the first level. Fun arcade game in the entryway also included!

Beautiful tile-accented stairs lead up to the second floor featuring an open-concept kitchen and living room with stunning ocean views. Large flat screen TV and entertainment center in the living room. Fire up the BBQ grill and kick back on the balcony and enjoy the sunset over the water. Living room next to gourmet kitchen with professional stainless appliances, granite counters, dining table in its own alcove that seats 6. Guest bedroom with queen, attached bathroom, and additional half bathroom in hallway complete this level.

The spacious master suite with king bed makes up the third floor and features see-through fireplace, sitting area and private beachfront balcony. Large en-suite master bathroom includes double-sink vanity, separate shower and bathtub and walk-in closet.

Other amenities include 2-car driveway parking, beach chairs/toys, Wifi and cable.
The garage now has a brand new EV charging station.

This is a wonderful beach house that’s well appointed with exceptional views. The sunsets and views of the Channel Islands were amazing. Everyone was comfortable in their rooms and we had a lovely time cooking together and gathering for Thanksgiving week.

We had the best weekend getaway. The house is right on the beach with incredible view. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves. Everything was super clean, the bed was really comfy, and the place had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to cozy blankets. It honestly felt like home. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Overall just a beautiful place to stay, house is very large and very beautifully built/thought through! Out only call out would be a lot of the broken blinds when we arrived. We also don't think the laundry machine worked properly. The property also had no vacuum, which I feel like for a full week is a must! I don't think the ac works all the way properly either. The house never cooled down to the temp we set it at during our week stay (thank God for breezy nights and open windows/doors) The property management company was amazing to work with. I think with a handy man coming for half a day with some TLC, all the time things you could pick on would be fixed very quickly. Otherwise an amazing week, these things were very easily overlooked with the beauty of the house and how comfortable all of us as the guests were!

Perfect place for family beach vacay

We got this property for my family of 5 and my 82 year old mother. It was perfect for my mother who was able to walk on the small road next to the property down to the waterfront, instead of having to walk that distance on the sand. She kept remarking how perfect of a location it was and how beautiful the views were.

Family get away

Property is well kept and right next to the beach. Only issue is that it is adjacent to the a road that leads to beach parking. It wasn't an issue for us but there was a quite a bit of traffic. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

Great spot, stellar house

Awesome floorplan, beachfront. Clean and fully accomodating. Would rent the space again. The elevator is very cool. Everything in the listing was accurate. Kitchen has all the utensils, dishes, and cooking tools.

Luxury beach house at end of silverstrand beach

The house is gorgeous and is well equipped in every room; the kitchen is huge with all kinds of appliances and there is so much space in adjacent sitting areas for everyone to have a seat and congregate for family dinners. The living room is also large and comfortable for evenings watching tv, and the view out the patio onto the beach is fantastic especially around sunset. Everyone has privacy in the large bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Its great to be able to walk right out onto the beach or play beach volleyball in front of the house. The only downsides are the view to the south with the naval yard and fencing there, as well as the public walking path to the beach bordering the south side of the house, where everyone walking their dog seems to stop. But on the flip side its good people watching.

Great beach getaway, on the sand, gorgeous views!

Really enjoyed our stay for four nights (during COVID). We were a family of five (two adults and three kids ages 12-16) and were looking for a relaxing get-away, on the sand in Oxnard, that would allow us all to decompress, get off Zoom, separate from online schooling, and take a break. This was a blissful respite from reality! The house was lovely and updated with all the necessary amenities. The check in process is easy and the management company was receptive. It sits on the sand at Silver Strand and is very well located. Only "negative" to note is that it sits right next to a popular public walkway for access to the beach, and it is right next to a large, fenced off government/Navy/Coast Guard facility - which does not make much noise, but is not aesthetically pleasing (only negative). The home was immaculately clean when we arrived. The home is three stories, with the kitchen and main rooms on the middle floor with a spectacular view of the sand and ocean, and the top floor is entirely an awesome master suite. The kitchen is large and stocked, and the bedrooms and living spaces were large and well appointed. The house was quiet, as is the Silver Strand in general. We loved the home and will be back! I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Great 5-star experience.

Perfect Getaway

The house was lovely and updated with all the necessary amenities. It was immaculately clean when we arrived, which was a concern for me with Covid, so that was nice. The kitchen felt brand new, and the bedrooms and living spaces were large and well appointed. There is also a new beautiful gas grill (was noted needed replacing by a previous reviewer). The master suite is ridiculously large! The elevator made it very easy to get all of our bags and groceries into the upper levels. The house was quiet, as is the Silver Strand in general. The house is next to a pedestrian walkway/access to the beach, so there is some foot traffic, but not anything that bothered us (and I like quiet). I was concerned about the lack of reviews on the property so I felt compelled to write one. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. And I'm a picky renter - this one was a great one!
