You’ll also find a grill and outdoor dining table among the expansive patio and green space.

You can’t help but relax in 10 Palms' thoughtfully designed backyard. With a full privacy wall, it’s your own oasis with stunning mountain views, towering palm trees, and multiple seating areas. Enjoy coffee on the shaded patio, then lounge by the 8-foot deep end of the amazing saltwater pool in the Palm Springs sunshine all day. The pool’s ambience is customizable with changeable colored lights, easily controlled through an app. For added convenience, there’s an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, perfect for refreshing after a swim. When you’ve worked up an appetite, fire up the Weber gas grill and dine al fresco. As night falls, the outdoor fireplace adds a cozy touch, followed by stargazing in the bubbling hot tub. The sleek custom kitchen boasts high-end appliances and an accompanying open dining space that’s flooded with natural light. Rest assured that dogs are warmly welcomed in 10 Palms. We provide food bowls, as well as dog ramps and gates on-site for your convenience. Please remember to clean up after your dog to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

Additionally, 55” Sony OLED Smart TVs adorn the walls of each bedroom, providing entertainment at your fingertips. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom, complete with a bathtub and walk-n shower, conveniently situated between them. The primary bedroom also features sliding glass doors with direct access to the backyard, providing an extra touch of luxury and a seamless connection to the outdoors. Guests can also enjoy the second bathroom located off of the garage with access from the pool.
