Welcome to Mesquite Country Club. The Mesquite Country Club in Palm Springs is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and lakes scattered about the lush green golf course. Take in the panoramic mountain views from your outdoor patio over a cup of coffee, or sit back and relax at the beautiful community pool. Recently remodeled in 2017, this condo features all new modern furnishings and appliances. The decor of this space is tasteful and comfortable and offers a relaxing place to unwind by the 40-inch television in the living area. When mealtimes come around, the beautifully remodeled kitchen is perfect for the chef in the family to show off their skills on the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Not to mention, you will be a guest of the Mesquite Country Club and have access to all of the club's 16 swimming pools, 18 jacuzzis, eight tennis courts, and air-conditioned racquetball courts for unlimited fun!

THINGS TO KNOW
-This home has a 7-night minimum booking requirement.
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.
-This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Nice Condo - Poor management

This condo has an abundance of good points and I thought was perfectly appointed with ample tp, soaps, kitchen ware, silverware, bowls, good towels, great bed, nice sheets etc.The agency vacasa did an extremely poor job. Caused by incorrect information, missing car parking permit, etcentry into the condo complex. Arrived via taxi as a late arrival in the dark. The taxi left and we tried the gate code multiple times until a resident let us inI had a condo # but no site map. We wandered with suitcases looking for the condo with very little lighting. Buildings were hard to locate and see the lettersEntering the condo was difficult. The lockbox had no keys, I had to call for 10 digit door code which had not been providedVacasa had incorrect info on amenities. As I needed an iron I asked if the Condo had an iron, They said no. so we brought one cross country. There were two ironsThe ‘welcome book’ had many things in conflict with what vacasa saidthere were unmarked keys in a bowl on the table and none in lock boxAlso for a late arrival, a porch light left on is would a reasonable actlocation of laundry, laundry key, pool keyno information on a parking pass for a rental car which was under threat of tow no site map of the condo complex for trash, laundry, office, poolIn conclusion, arriving on a Sunday evening, we needed to stick close to the condo until Wednesday afternoon to get this all straighten out

Sunny Delight and Nature Preserve

I stayed for a week at this property and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious with a nature preserve and walking trails behind the property. Very well appointed in terms of kitchen appliances and comfortable beds, outdoor spaces, etc. Everything worked well in the house. The gate access keypad is a little particular in terms of how you press the numbers and you must hop out of your car which is sometimes annoying. Other than that I highly recommend this property. We also used the pool and whirlpool every day which were never crowded and are well maintained.

Perfect condo

Quiet adult condo. Well equipped kitchen and walking distance to grocery shopping helped make this an easy rental. We had the pool to ourselves most days which felt very deluxe and relaxing. Take a tour of mid-century modern (MCM) homes to get an ‘art fix’. Our best dinner out was at Jin American Bistro on Palm Canyon St. in downtown.

Our stay at Casa Mesquite Quatro was fantastic! The location was great - close to stores, trails in the preserve for morning walks and just a short drive from downtown shops & restaurants. We really liked the layout of the condo, the two outside sitting areas, how well stocked the kitchen was and the comfy beds. Our hope it to rent it again next year!

A real oasis!

We enjoyed our stay in Palm Springs and this was a great location to do it all! The unit is clean, quiet and very well appointed (they even had an Instapot!). The walking path bordering the property & the pool & hot tub were a great relief in the heat, too.
