The Deluxe is the property's only one-bedroom—a king paired with an open living and dining space, right-sized for a couple or a solo trip. The Premier suites go bigger: two bedrooms with a king and a queen and a kitchenette, for the kind of trip where you'd rather make breakfast in than head out. One Premier is laid out the same way but comes with a more compact kitchenette setup—still enough for coffee and something light. One of the two-bedroom suites is also fully ADA-accessible, with a ground-floor entry and a roll-in shower with grab bars and a built-in bench. Throughout, the details show up without making a show of it—rain showers, robes, a Nespresso to start the morning, and private patios that open just steps from the water.
