The TV did not work (and the frame around it was missing exposing a bare fluorescent light fixture and all cables). I tried to call the front desk, but the in-room phone was dead. I was tired and just wanted sleep so I went to bed. I tried to turn heat on, the AC was running and it was cold. I couldn’t get the heat to come on. I waited an hour, but nothing so I just turned it off. When I went to use the bathroom, I saw mouse/rat poop next to the tub. At 1:00 a.m. I was woken up by two men on the landing from room next door talking loudly for an hour or more. When I checked out later that morning, I told the front desk everything and they said they’d make a note of it. No apologies, nothing!

This place is terrible. No blanket on beds. Floor not clean. Towels are about 80 years old. They charge for parking in a crappy lot with drug deals going on.

A good place for a budget stay in Palm Springs. It's very convenient to downtown and the property was fairly clean (a bit careworn, but otherwise, fine).

The door to my room is BROKEN! The door wouldn’t open properly from the inside. It needs to be fixed . Terrible It was so hard to get out of the room that the neighbors called and complained that I was being too loud cause I couldn’t even open. My own door was kind of scary and I told the front desk and nothing happened. I will never stay here again.

We’ve stayed here before and it wasn’t this bad… Our room, #252, reeked of cigarette smoke so bad it was like sleeping in an ashtray. My clothes packed in my suitcase that I never wore came home with that awful stench. Let mgmt know, but all they said was “sorry about that.” I think it’s beyond mgmt control and an issue with the owners to refurbish, repaint etc. it was the worst.

The room was as any Motel 6. Clean, reasonably comfortable. But the internet was so bad it might as well have been non-existent. They also randomly charge $5. A day for parking, and issue a card to put in your window, but no other car in the parking lot had the card but mine. I asked around and no one else had heard of a charge for parking. Very frustrating experience and I don’t think I will return. There’s a better Motel 6 down the street if you’re traveling with pets.
