Would stay again!

We went for a mother daughter weekend and the rooms are big and spacious,the pool very nice ,definitely coming back with my husband !

Three strikes !

We arrived at 3:50pm to check into our condo. At the check in desk we were told that our unit wouldn’t be ready for at least 2-3 hrs. as it hasn’t been cleaned. They said they would text us when it would be ready. I informed the receptionist that we rented this unit several weeks in advance and the fact that it was ready was completely unacceptable. After checking other available rooms she came back and told us she pulled some strings and got us another unit. Once we entered the new unit we discovered that the beds where not made, there was a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom and the refrigerator had half eaten food still in it. I when out to see what our view on the balcony was. Low and behold it was a view of the parking lot. Boy the receptionist sure when out of her way to give us a filthy room with a crappy view. This was strike two as far as I was concerned. Back to the receptionist to complain yet again. She went into another office and after several minutes came out with another unit we could use. Now this unit had the beds made, the towels clean, and an empty refrigerator. However, it looked like the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in several days. The carpet was also matted down, had several stains on it and was dirty. Clearly it hadn’t been steamed cleaned in a very long time. Since the unit had a view of the pool area we decided to keep it. On day 4 of our rental the hammering from the unit next door started in. Seems they are remodeling that unit. Great bang bang bang all day long. We did have a great time in Palm Springs. I will never rent here again. Horrible customer service and very outdated units.

Perfect property for Palm spring vacation!

It was perfect for stay for our family vacation at palm spring. Super clean and good size rooms. Even sofa bed was so comfortable with memory foam. Small observation... although kitchen has everything but seems less and only one of each utensils, not enough for meal prep.
