The open plan great room includes a chef’s kitchen with dual islands, a dining table for ten, and living spaces framed by unobstructed mountain views. The location is equally exceptional: a quiet mid century neighborhood in the prestigious architectural core, just three minutes from downtown. Guests enjoy complete seclusion while being minutes from dining, shopping, golf, and hiking.

Good to Know

Palm Springs has unique city rules designed to keep neighborhoods peaceful, and we make them simple for you. Palms at Park Villa accommodates up to 10 adults plus 2 children under 12. Outdoor areas remain quiet after 10pm with no music outside at any time. The primary renter must be 25+ and present, with up to 5 vehicles permitted. Pets are considered on request with a fee. Weddings, events, and commercial use are not permitted. For peace of mind, all Palms at Park properties feature exterior Nest cameras and outdoor noise monitors. Longer stays of 28 nights or more require a deposit and exclude utilities. A signed rental agreement, ID, and guest list are required within 24 hours of booking, a quick and easy process.

Lovely property, fabulous host!

The house is perfectly situated close to downtown Palm Springs in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The home was well cared for and well loved. The kids loved the pool and the parents loved laying in the sun by the pool. It was especially nice having a bathroom attached to every single bedroom. The property manager and host was fabulous. She checked us in and was instantly responsive with the few minor needs/questions we had during our stay. We would stay here again and would recommend others enjoy the property as well!

Ideal Property and Location

The stay at Palms at Park was excellent. Clean, well appointed space with plenty of room for 8 people, great pool and spa. Location is extremely convenient to old town, parks, dining etc. Regina, the property manager was phenomenal, great communication, very helpful with property details and check-in/out. We will be booking again in the future.

Great group vacation house!

This was a GREAT house for our Spring Break getaway! The layout was ideal for our group of 12. There was plenty of space to relax inside and outside by the pool. The bedrooms all had individual bathrooms so no sharing needed! Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great. All rooms were nicely, decorated and super clean. The kitchen had ample space to cook meals and was stocked with all the appliances and gadgets you would need. The living room area was perfect for the game nights we had each evening. The fireplace was a bonus on chilly nights! There was a washer, dryer and a huge garage too! Now let’s talk about outside
 The pool area was super relaxing and just awesome! While the kids played in the pool, the adults had plenty of places to lounge. My favorite area was the chairs placed on the top level of the pool. A great spot to catch sun and stay cool at the same time. And did I mention the awesome hammock, hot tub and poolside waterfall! Lastly, I wanted to say thank you to our hosts. Overall great communication and attentiveness to our needs. I reached out prior to our trip with a few questions and they responded right away. They proactively contacted me prior to our trip to make sure we had the check-in information. And they also checked in while we were there to make sure we had what we needed. So if your group is looking for a relaxing chill by the pool and hang out at a great house getaway, stay here!

Great Layout Inside & Out!

Excellent home for family and friends, all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and one has a small kitchenette as well. The yard is very private and the hot tub and pool are in a perfect location. Large kitchen with two islands really made it easy to cook and layout a buffet!

Lovely gathering space inside and out

Beautiful home with everything we needed for an easy stay. I particularly loved the open space to gather, which was large enough to accommodate all of us for morning coffee and evening chats. This is a somewhat unusual feature compared to other places I've stayed in PS. We also loved how the bedrooms were situated around the house. Outdoor area was perfect and we had plenty of shade in the afternoon heat.

Great Thanksgiving

The house is very centrally located to hikes, downtown, restaurants, supermarkets. The space is also well designed with five bedrooms around a comfortable living dining area. It made it easy for family to enjoy Thanksgiving all together and then when needed we could all retreat to our personal space. The pool and jacuzzi were a great way to start or end the day. Highly recommend it for groups. Easy to enjoy and a fun way to relax!

Met Very High Expectations!

This property was fabulous and was everything we'd hoped it would be! The property managers were available almost instantly to deal with any requests or changes and resolutions were quick. We had three generations of family and it worked out perfectly. When we return to Palm Springs, I am not even looking at other offers - we'll be pleased to stay here again! Great Couples Get Away

The house was designed for exactly what 5 couples need for a week in Palm Springs. Every couple had a private bathroom, the kitchen was well equipped, we loved the pool, and the location was great. The Host did a great job communicating and were very quickly available whenever we contacted them.

A beautiful and well kept property in an ideal location. Everything you need is within a 10 minute drive. Near the downtown which in and of itself is an experience with great shops and restaurants. The amenities were much appreciated! A heated pool, spa, fire pit and my favorite the cozy hammock. The property manager Josh and the owner David were so hospitable and accommodating. Wonderful New Year Stay

The house is beautiful. Location is perfect for hikes & golf. Lovely pool. The owner was very responsive when we had a problem with the BBQ. The kitchen is well stocked but not for complicated cooking. Noise from living room area can be heard in all bedrooms so best for everyone to retire at the same time. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Holiday!

Our family of 5 enjoyed a relaxing week at this beautiful villa and celebrated Christmas there. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The pool and outdoor space was perfect for our kids. We spent every day in the pool/spa and night time cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen. There is a great park nearby where we played tennis twice. We also enjoyed the nearby hiking and takeout from restaurants (due to COVID). David was awesome with providing recommendations and making sure everything went smoothly. Ladies 50th birthday Celebration

Amazing property, layout worked great for the 6 of us. All amenities at our finger tips. Greeter had all info and recommended fabulous Mexican dinner location. Pool and spa very enjoyable. Would definitely return again.

great location. house amenities were perfect. kitchen was a joy to prepare in (beautifullly stocked) and the backyard + pool? we lived in it. planning on a return!
