Good to Know

Palm Springs has unique city rules designed to keep neighborhoods peaceful, and we make them simple for you. This Palms at Park Villa accommodates up to 10 adults plus 2 children under 12. Outdoor areas remain quiet after 10pm with no music outside at any time. The primary renter must be 25+ and present, with up to 5 vehicles permitted. Pets are considered on request with a fee. Weddings, events, and commercial use are not permitted. For peace of mind, all Palms at Park properties feature exterior Nest cameras and outdoor noise monitors. Longer stays of 28 nights or more require a deposit and exclude utilities. A signed rental agreement, ID, and guest list are required within 24 hours of booking, a quick and easy process.
